Who loves a bowl of goodness in the morning?

Have you ever struggled with a tummy bug that makes you want to barf your lungs out? Or constantly struggle with constipation or bowel unease, hard stools at times and some times loose stools. Well this is definitely a good option for you. Now, that I’ve started it with that, let me also add this is perfectly fine for anyone who simply wants to eat right and clean up the gut. The burst of antioxidants from turmeric, here, yes, which gives it the beautiful colour makes your skin radiate inside out. It also helps fight any bugs you may have caught, thus enhancing your immunity. Bonus point it is so yummy, you’d love to have it each day, trust me.

 

TURMERIC BREKKIE BOWL

I’ve used:

  1. 1 mashed banana
  2. 10 grams of psyllium husk
  3. 40 ml almond Milk
  4. A little water.
  5. 5 grams of chia seeds
  6. Teaspoon of honey
  7. Pinch of pink salt (you can even do away with this, I like the balance it gives my body). Blend it once for a rich smoothness.

For the garnish:

  1. Few cacao nibs
  2. 1/2 Fresh fig.

 

And it’s ready to gulp down!
