THIS salad a day would keep the doctor away!

A few weeks back my husband and I decided to have a cheat meal over our weekend. But, I still carefully examine what I eat over the weekends because I have a new physique goal to reach and my body personally responds to different kinds of foods very differently. So, coming back, we went to slider station and I could see cauliflower tahini salad. I loved it so much (though I couldn’t finish it). I wanted to make a healthier version at home. And my husband and I feel mine tasted better??.
Ingredients:
- I’ve used half bowl of chopped cauliflower.
- 1 cup of chopped coriander and parsley
- 3 tablespoon of tahini
- Pink salt and chili powder to taste
How did I make it?
- Use a baking dish.
- Put a parchment paper on it
- Marinate the cauliflower with tahini, salt and chilli.
- Add the marinated cauliflower to the baking dish.
- And then add the coriander and parsley to it.
- Bake for about 30 minutes (I would say, look for a golden brown color at the edge of the cauliflower floret. Ensure they become soft and tender before you pull it out, as every oven is different.)
Enjoy it as dinner or lunch. I love it?
