Simple recipe for those on the run: mashed avo with veges on toast.

I decided to do such a simple recipe today, which is a sure shot quickie for everyone. Of course, not every food is for everyone. But thos who can have it, avo on toast is the best food everrrrr! I can have this for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. It is that good and I love it so much. One “excuse” for not eating clean that I often hear from a LOT of people is that they have no time.
The reason I wanted to put this recipe up is that, I often hear one big “excuse” for not eating clean: “I have no time.” If you have time to go to the washroom then, you do have time to make your meals.
I am pretty tied up during the week and have crazy work hours. When I have meetings, I usually grab a meal like this:
Ingredients.
1 whole wheat toast
1/2 avocado (mashed)
teaspoon of lemon juice
Sea salt & little red chilli flakes (if you like it hot as well).
Method.
Mash the avocado and add lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix well with a fork. I don’t like it chunky, so I keep mixing till it’s buttery soft. Then, spread it and eat.
