Purple smoothies are definitely worth the hype!

Here’s a quickie breakfast idea. For those folks who have only 5 minutes to spare for their morning breakfast.

Literally, this doesn’t take more than 5 minutes and it’s super delish and absolutely good to keep you satiated during the morning. Keeps your tummy happy and ladies, it’s amazing for our skin.

So, I’ve just used:

  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon of chia
  • 1 tablespoon of oats

Method:

  • Blend it with 2 tablespoons of almond milk and little water. (If you want it creamier, try coconut milk instead. You could add a sweetener if you like it sweeter)
  • I’ve garnished it with my homemade granola.
