Mindful eating for festivities
I’ve been asked so many times:

Well the one thing that has actually helped me all these years is mindfulness. Being mindful just helps stay in check, where one is more aware of what is put inside the body.

Eating mindfully encourages paying attention to our thoughts and feelings, and treating ourselves with a bit of compassion, yet a happy balance of firmness to eat holistically well. Choosing things that serve you. And if it’s a treat, one is enough. You’re not going crazy.
