MATCHA COCONUT BALLS!
3 October 2017
Before I was about to travel I had prepared these energy balls. My flights were supposed to be really long red eye. I didn’t want to indulge in something unhealthy the next morning. So, I planned ahead of time and packed myself these bliss balls. They’re so good to taste and if you feel you’ll ever miss out on breakfast or want a quick snack, this would be great! Butone is enough! I made three types, one is with homemade peanut butter and cacao, another with almond flour and cacao and the last one is matcha with coconut flour.
