
Here’s MY version of french toast

It is so yummy. Slightly low calories and fibre rich. Here’s how I make them.
Ingredients:
- 2 whole wheat slices of bread.
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon bourbon vanilla powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
Method:
- Use a large bowl and add the milk to it
- Then add the maple syrup, teaspoon of vanilla powder.
- Mix well.
- Slice the bread into squares and lightly dip both sides in the milk base.
- Use a cooking brush to lightly oil a flat pan and make these decadent beauties till light brown.
- Once cooked add little cinnamon on top.
Eat Healthy, and dig right in!
