Have you heard of matcha?

I’m getting particularly fond of matcha porridge these days. Matcha is high in a catechin called EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), which is believed to have cancer-fighting effects on the body. Studies have linked matcha to a variety of health benefits, like helping to prevent heart disease, type 2 diabetes anti-inflammatory, and rich in antioxidants. It aids in immunity and provides vitamin C, selenium, chromium, zinc and magnesium. It also enhances metabolism.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon of matcha
  • 1 small cup of oats
  • little fresh coconut milk
  • water

Put all the ingredients together and cook for 10 mins. Ive added some green apple on top.

Voila! Eat.
