Ingredients: 1 cup mixed berries. 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. 2 tablespoons of oats 40 ml of plant based milk 100 ml of water. A choice of sweetener or syrup (to sweeten) Method: Just pop everything into a blender and blend till everything is smooth. Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes thick and soft berry chia pudding is ready.
