MATCHA COCONUT BALLS!
October 3, 2017
Before I was about to travel I had prepared these energy balls. My flights were supposed to be really long red eye. I didn’t want to indulge in something unhealthy the next morning. So, I planned ahead of time and packed myself these bliss balls. They’re so good to taste and if you feel you’ll ever miss out on breakfast or want a quick snack, this would be great! Butone is enough! I made three types, one is with homemade peanut butter and cacao, another with almond flour and cacao and the last one is matcha with coconut flour.

Mix the ingredients together in a small bowl until every flavour blends in. Ideally, you will be able to make balls, if your mix is on the dry side, add little water.
