A healthy pizza? That’s vegan?

I think I made the yummiest and healthiest pizza today! And it was vegan! Totally loved making everything from scratch especially since it was a relatively “free day” for me.

Who doesn’t love a good pizza? Who doesn’t? I’ve been in the kitchen when time permits and have been experimenting with these goodies for you.

 

Method and Ingredients:

  1. Dough is made with oats flour. Flatten and cook either on the pan or in the oven to make tortilla.
  2. Chop 1 cup of vegetables such as capsicum, eggplant, onion, garlic, zucchini.
  3. Tomato sauce: Use 2 tomatoes and 1/2 onion and 4 cloves of garlic.
  4. Blend in a blender with salt and oregano. Cook in a pan until thick and slightly dark.
  5. Prepare the base. Add the sauce to the tortilla and veggies on top.
  6. Put it in the oven till the veggies cook.
